Cancellation policy

Regardless of the reason, you can move your sailing once to another day or time completely free of charge. In this case, please contact our customer service. We will gladly think with you and be as flexible as possible.

If you want to change your reservation for the first time, you can do so completely free of charge. Do you already know a new date? Then we will immediately move your reservation to the new date. No new date yet? No problem. We will send you a voucher code which you can use to book a new cruise via our website free of charge. You can catch up on the cruise at any time during the week. However, we ask you, if possible, not to schedule the cruise on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon to avoid our peak traffic.

Your sailing has already changed once and now you want to move the reservation again to another day? No problem. If you move the cruise outside our peak times (Saturday/Sunday between 12:00h and 17:00h and public holidays), you can move the cruise free of charge. Would you like to change the sailing to a peak time again? This is possible at an additional cost of €10 [DB1] per boat.

Has your sail already been changed twice (or more often) and now you want it again? You can do so at an additional cost of €10 per boat.

 

If you decide to cancel the cruise despite the fact that you can reschedule free of charge, we will charge the following cancellation fees:

All our food arrangements can be cancelled or changed completely free of charge up to 48 hours in advance. However, we would appreciate it if you could inform us as soon as possible! Would you like to change or cancel your ordered food arrangement within 48 hours? Please contact us by phone and together we will see what is possible.
